Patriot Nation,

Thank you for another great week at Dr. Bryan C. Jack Elementary! We appreciate all of the support you all have given us so far. As you know, we are putting things in place to bring all students back to TISD and Jack Elementary. If you are an at home learner, please contact the school if you have any questions. We are still clarifying a few details and will help guide you through the transition. We will still have our protocols in place for safety and follow measures on our campus to keep our Patriots safe. We have our first visit from Kona Ice on Wednesday, October 14th. We will have guidelines in place and protocols for safety as well. This year orders will be placed online. Please see the information below.

Parents will:

- go to www.kona-ice.com/pay and enter the event code (TXF01032) or just search for Jack Elementary.

- enter the student’s name and their grade in the fields.

- select their Kona Ice order.

- pay online.

We will be having our fall pictures this year on October 20th. Lifetouch will be here to do individual pictures for our Patriots. Social distancing and proper protocols will be in place during the picture sessions. If you child is an @home learner, we will be doing those pictures on December 8th. Mark your calendars!

We have Patriots that have returned to campus this six weeks and wanted to send out a reminder about our dismissal procedures. Please know that we no longer have walk up dismissal. You have the option of using our carline, or your child can be a walker. Please let you teacher know how your Patriot will be getting home each day. If something changes for an emergency, please let our front office know and we can inform our teachers.
