The Redhawk Report

The Redhawks kicked off Homecoming week this Monday with Coronation! Dawson Bury and Lily Cruz were crowned king and queen! This year Carla Carla Clarke was chosen as the Grand Marshal. After being crowned king and queen Dawson and Lily blessed the sports teams. After that the Redhawks wrapped up Coronation with the burning of the E!

In this week’s poll we asked the 6-12 grade Redhawks what their favorite season was. Fall beat out the polls with a whopping 55.8%. Following that was summer with 27.3%. Next on the poll was winter with 10.1%. Finally, spring ranked last place with 6.3%.

This week we interview Senior Mason Morris! During high school Mason participated in football, basketball, and E-sports. Currently Mason's favorite class is his drone class; he says his senior year is going well and his classes are easy. This year he is looking forward to being done with boy scouts and graduation. Mason would tell his freshman self to "stay strong." His favorite thing about high school is study halls. After high school Mason is planning to attend the SD School of Mines.
