- Students will not need to bring anything but a pencil for the first day of school. Teachers will share further instructions for when students should bring school supplies to campus.
Parent Drop off/Pick Up
Please remind your students how to utilize the crosswalks on and around school property. We appreciate your help in keeping our students safe by maintaining a safe speed in our school zones and parking lots and being courteous to other drivers.
During the school year, staff members are on duty each day beginning at 8:35 a.m. and ending at 4:40 p.m. Students are not let in the building before 8:35 a.m. regardless of the weather.
Cell Phone Policy Update
Due to the distraction and disruption to learning caused by cell phones, students will only be allowed to access their cell phones during passing periods between classes this year. Cell phone (and earbud) use in the classrooms will not be allowed during the school day.
Parents who need to contact their child during school hours can call the front office (512-570-3400), and the message will be relayed to your student.
Bell Schedule
- School day is 9:05 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.
- Building opens to students with staff supervision at 8:35 a.m.
- Students are released to go to first period at 9:00 a.m.
- Students arriving after 8:35 a.m. will be directed to the cafeteria unless they have an early practice or are attending tutorials (parent note required for tutorials).
