GLFFA Show Entries Due December 1st 3pm - 3 steps to entering online

A few things:

After December 1st 3pm the entry fee goes up from $25 to $35.

Late entry deadline is December 31 at 3:00 PM.

Steps & Info to Register:

You must have a state validation tag in your animals ear - you'll have to provide the state validation tag # on your entry form. Make sure you provide the state tag # not the TLBA tag #. Take a picture of both & ask Ms. Cole which is which if needed.

Step one:

You will fill out this google form (with state validation tag # from ear of animal on hand) for each entry you have (if you have 2 pigs & 1 lamb, you will fill out this form 3x):

You will pay for your entry @ this link by Nov. 30th:

Bring this W-9 form to your respective advisor by December 1st:

FFA Alumni Update

I just wanted to give a quick update on some upcoming events and activities with a few requests for volunteers. Our website is up and running so you can pay your membership if you haven't had a chance to do so. You can also get there directly by going through the following link:

We will have an FFA Alumni parent meeting on December 9th 6pm in Escamilla's Vet Lab, room # 1701. Hope to see you all there.

Our first pet vaccination clinic will be happening on December 14 at 4:30, also in the vet tech classroom. Folks can bring their pets to have vaccinated at an extremely reasonable price and it's a great fundraiser for us. We will need volunteers for that evening as well. Please let me know if you are willing to volunteer for either of those upcoming event nights.

Finally, we will be kicking off our FFA Alumni fundraiser soon. It's called the fund-team app, and it's really simple to use, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We need as many of the students to participate as possible to help raise money for supporting the entire program that directly affects our kids. We recently bought several items for the teachers to use in their classrooms, as well as the scholarships that we are able to give out at the end of the year. We want to be able to continue to help our teachers and our kids as much as possible to be able to continue to grow the program.
