The next business meeting of the District 108 MWSA will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Rosenberg Lodge #881 located at 25507 Southwest Freeway in Rosenberg. We will also hold the Briscoe Workshop during that meeting. We hope everyone will be able to attend!

Many things will be covered during this meeting. Please see below for details:

• We will be holding out Briscoe Workshop, which is a fantastic learning experience for anybody currently involved in or hopeful to be involved in lodge leadership.
• We will hold our Election of MWSA Officers. Positions available are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, IT/Communications Liason. If you are desirous to make yourself available in a leadership position, please let it be known by sending your interest by email to R:.W:. Cockroft and include a masonic resume. He will take this information until October 7. By October 10, he will send out the information to the leadership of our lodges so that our members can make informed decisions.
• We will be announcing the District Deputy Grand Master for Masonic District #108 for 2020.

Conroe Lodge will hold its 125-year celebration on 5 October 2019. The event will begin around 5:00 PM at Conroe Lodge.

Imperial Chapter, Order of DeMolay was set to work on Saturday 31 August 2019. DeMolay is a wonderful organization for young men from 12-21 years of age. It strives to teach virtues and help young men grow into responsible and committed members of society.

With everyone's calendar up-to-date, Brothers from other Lodges will be able to plan to attend more events and meetings around our District. This will take some work on the part of whoever controls the individual Lodge's Google Calendar, but it will be well worth the time investment.
