PEACE OUT SPIRIT DAY
A NOTE FROM MRS. COFFMAN
We have some leadership opportunities opening up for students. We will elect a mayor from fifth grade tomorrow, work towards hiring fifth grade students to run Broncoville, and building a student leadership team. The students gain real-world experience through completing the application and interview process. We are continuing to discuss the character trait of self-discipline and will now focus on citizenship. Citizenship means making your school, community, and the world a better place. Please discuss citizenship at home with your children too!

NURSE'S CORNER
Parents,
I just want to remind you that I will be reviewing immunization records soon, so please make sure that your student is up to date on immunizations and that we have the most updated copy of immunization records in the office. Also, as we move into cold and flu season, please be sure to keep your child at home if they are sick, and if they have fever over 100.0 they have to stay home until they have been fever free for 3 days without using medications. This does not apply to bacterial infections (such as strep throat or pink eye) being treated with antibiotics. Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding your individual case. I can’t stress enough the importance of frequently washing hands to prevent the spread of infection! Please encourage good hand hygiene at home!
Thank you!

¡Gracias!
