FAQs
- I do not have my loaner computer yet. What can we do?
If you are experiencing delays in receiving your technology, you can still participate in this week's activities by logging in through your smart phone, tablet, or any other computer in your home, learning space, or alternate learning space( local library, relative's home). We know completing some of the daily activities may ne a challenge, so we encourage you to do your best and remember to stay calm! We will work with you to help you get caught up on anything you may not be able to access within the first few weeks of school.
- I am missing a class connect session for WOW week.
Your first step will be to email your homeroom teacher and let them know. You may need to simply be re-added to the session by your grade-level counselor. Should you still not be able to see any classes in your OLS, you may try clearing your computer's cache and cookies. If there are still no classes visible, you will need to put in a ticket with K12 Tech Support.
- I can't access Zoom links.
You can click on the link or copy and paste the link onto your browser to access Zoom Meeting sessions. If you receive a message stating that the room is full, we do apologize. Our Zoom Auditorium does close at 1000 occupants. We will post the recordings of most meetings that take place in Zoom in our regular newsletter for you to access at any time.
- Do we have to come to every Orientation session?
Yes, all Orientation sessions attendance are a requirement of our program and must be attended. Please reach out to your teacher to advise on any anticipated absence during WOW week. You are not required to attend all optional sessions, however they are highly encouraged in order to get the full benefits of amazing campus.
