Help Fill the Trailer with the Freeland Robotics Club
The Freeland Robotics Club will be collecting donations to help Fill the Trailer for the Great Lakes Bay Veterans Coalition for their annual personal hygiene goods drive.
Donations are distributed through Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan and support veterans and their families in need. The Staff at the VA passes out over 80 hygiene kits per month. This program is not funded through the VA budget and exists entirely on donations. You can learn more about the annual drive and what items to donate at glbvc.org/fill-the-trailer.
Our goal is to fill a trailer with enough materials to stock their donation pantry for the next year. Here is a link to the flyer with the items in need. Please drop items off by November 3rd at the collection box at each office or there will be a collection table at the Freeland FTC Qualifier event on November 4th.
