Hello Mill Valley Families,

We enjoyed seeing everyone at our Welcome Back to School Night, as this means we are now one step closer to the first day of school. Which leads us to the question you've all been wondering...what will our parent drop-off and pick up process look like.

These past few weeks we have met with the City of Muskego and the Muskego Police Department to go over the plans which are detailed below. Please read the information carefully. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation with these new procedures.

Overview of Traffic Pattern

Please notice on the map below that ONLY buses will be able to access Mill Valley via Hillendale Dr. All parents/guardians for drop-off or pick up should use the lot off of Racine Avenue and follow the path to the parking lot.

Morning Traffic Flow

All parents must enter the parking lot via the path off of Racine Avenue. Click the picture below for an enlarged map. Students can be dropped off at 8:55 am. Students are allowed to enter the building at 9:00 am.

Students in Grade 1 and Grade 4 will enter Door 12 near the garden.

Students in Kindergarten, Grade 2, and Grade 3 will enter Door 13 near front office.

Only buses will be allowed to enter the parking lot off of Hillendale Dr.

There will only be a few spaces available for parents to park their cars and walk students to their doors. We strongly encourage you to use the drive through process.

All vehicles will exit onto Hillendale Dr.

Afternoon Traffic Flow

All parents must enter the parking lot via the path off of Racine Avenue. Click the picture below for an enlarged map. Students are dismissed at 3:45 pm. If you are utilizing Parent Pick Up, please follow the traffic pattern below. Be sure to have your Pink Family Name Sign visible to the staff member on duty.

Don't Forget...

If you didn't get a chance to pick up your PINK Parent Pick Up sign at our Welcome Back to School Night, you can stop by the office anytime between 8:00am-4:00pm before the first day of school.

Completing the on-line application is the ONLY way to sign up and help out at Mill Valley future events, such as... Field Day, chaperoning field trips, etc.

3rd & 4th Grade Packer Day Volunteers Needed

Packer Day is on Tuesday, September 14th for our 3rd and 4th graders! We are looking for 12 volunteers to help run different stations throughout the day. The event runs from 10:30am-1:30pm and will take place outdoors. Dress in athletic gear and bring your water.

Once you've registered to become a volunteer, go to your volunteer portal to sign up for this event.
