Hello Mill Valley Families,
It is hard to believe, but we have already begun planning for next year. Class lists are complete and students will find out next year's teacher on the last day of school. 5K students will find out their teacher via email on June 10th. Our new staff has been hired and board approved. We are excited to add additional teachers to reduce some of our class sizes. Please check out staffing below.
Sincerely,
Robin Schrot, Principal

Help Shelter Animals
Mrs. Patchel’s second grade students care about shelter animals. We are researching shelter animals and look forward to teaching the other kids at Mill Valley about these animals. We learned that some animals stay in shelters for a long time and need something to snuggle with while they wait for their forever home.
We are in need of gently used or new blankets and towels for shelter animals. Please bring your towels and blankets. Place them in the bins labeled Blankets and Towels for the Wisconsin Humane Society.
Please bring these items from May 24-June 4.
Thanks for supporting our cause and Mrs. Patchel’s second grade class!
5th Grade OPEN HOUSE NIGHT at Lake Denoon!
Do you have a 4th grader that’s attending Lake Denoon next year? Don’t forget to mark your calendars for May 26th from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm.
Lake Denoon will host our Incoming 5th Grade Open House Night.
Students and families will have the opportunity to go on a self-guided tour of the building. Classrooms will not be open.
Families can walk through the school at their own pace and stay as little or as long as they’d like.
Teachers will be stationed throughout the building to answer questions. An informational packet will be provided.
This is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the building and get excited about coming to middle school next year!
