MESSAGE FROM NURSE MANDO
As we welcome the winter weather, please remember to have your children layer up for outdoor play. Warm jackets, hats, mittens, and boots are important so everyone can enjoy the cold fresh air daily! Also, if you have any new or gently used clothes, coats, or shoes/boots - I love to have extra available in case someone forgets or needs a change!
Coughing and runny noses are pretty standard at this time of year, but please make sure to keep your children home if they are run down and need rest to fully recover. Let’s all do our part to encourage proper and frequent hand washing, coughing away from others and into the elbows, and using tissues for noses to prevent spreading classroom germs as much as possible! Wishing everyone a happy and healthy winter season!
As always, please feel free to reach Nurse Mando if you have any questions or concerns: smando@wbridgewater.com or 508-894-1232 ext. 2122

Wildcat Toy Drive
It was recently brought to our attention that there is an increased need for assistance with West Bridgewater children and families this Holiday Season.
In partnership with the West Bridgewater Fire Department , West Bridgewater Public Schools, and the West Bridgewater PTO, we are having a Toy Drive to gather toys and gift cards for local West Bridgewater families in need. (Ages of the children range from 5 to 17.)
If you would like to donate, please drop an unwrapped toy or gift card to the police or fire station lobby. Or if you have a school aged child, please have them bring the item to their school. There will be collection bins at each location.
Any questions, please contact our School Resource Officer, Officer Pope at tpope@wbpd.com or 508-586-2525 ext 5119.
