Welcome to teacher-parent conferences!

We appreciate you partnering up with your child's teacher to meet and discuss your child's trimester 1 progress. Thank you for attending your parent-teacher conference!


We are grateful to our families for continuing to screen their children BEFORE arriving at school every morning. However, we continue to notice the same students showing up to school without face masks in the morning. Please help us by reminding your children to come prepared with a face mask, Chromebook or iPad and a water bottle every day.


Please contact our office at (805) 488-3541, if your child is diagnosed with COVID-19. We will connect you with our health office staff in order to assist and support you with your COVID testing and other related questions.

Please remember to pick up your child early every Early Dismissal Wednesday. Please review our early dismissal schedule below:

Winter Break - NO SCHOOL December 20-31

Williams School will be CLOSED during Winter Break from December 20-31. We'll see our Wildcats back at school on Monday, 01/03/22.

Feeling Thankful

Our Student Council shared the different reasons they're feeling thankful this year. They designed amazing posters with positive messages and placed them around campus for everyone to enjoy.

TK Science Center

Our TK partner, Ms. Daniela, has been having fun leading the science center in Mrs. Gonzalez's TK class. Our littles are motivated and looking sharp in their lab coats!

Music classes are back!

We're excited to announce that our music program is back! Mr. Garcia is starting his 8-week course by teaching 4th/5th grade students how to play percussion instruments. Rock on, Wildcats!

Virtual Triple P Parenting Classes

Williams School and Hathaway School will be partnering up to offer a short 3-workshop series of parenting classes for our families during the month of January. If you have questions or need further information, please contact Counselor Hernandez at (805) 488-3541, ext. 3089.

Character Counts Trait: Caring

During the month of December, we'll be celebrating the character trait of "caring." We invite students to wear RED tops/shirts, bottoms, hats socks and shoes on Character Counts Fridays this month.

Cell Phone Safety

If you choose to send your child to school with a cell phone, please remember that you take full responsibility if it is lost or stolen. Please also remind your child to turn off their cell phones as they enter school and during the school day. They can turn on their phones at dismissal. Thank you for your help!

Breakfast available before school!

REMINDER: Our wonderful kitchen team has breakfast available in the cafeteria EVERY DAY before school. Breakfast times are 7:30-7:55 am Monday-Friday. Please be advised that ONLY students are allowed in the cafeteria.

We'd like to thank Majestics Car Club for hosting their annual Winter Car Show & Toy Drive at Williams School this past Sunday, 12/05. Their generosity and kindness to our South Oxnard community is very much appreciated. We'd also like to offer a big thank you to Vince Gomez, 5th grade teacher, for helping them coordinate the event.
