January 2024
A Message from Principal Davis
The end of the first semester is approaching fast, and mid-term exams are scheduled for January 22nd - January 25th. The schedule is listed below in this newsletter and on the WHS website. Students are required to be present and on time for all exams at the scheduled exam time. Please make sure to get plenty of rest the night before an exam and eat a good breakfast on the morning of your exam.
On behalf of the WHS administration we'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
Parents of the Class of 2024,
We are so proud of the Class of 2024 and are thrilled to highlight our students' academic and athletic successes! We want to acknowledge all financial awards given to our seniors at Senior Awards Night in May and the graduation ceremony in June.
We are asking that the students please submit any acceptance letters and merit scholarship or athletic award letters to their school counselor (we will make copies). This includes all the schools they have applied to, not just the school they plan on attending.
We will total the awards for the Class of 2024. Student names and amounts will not be reported! We would like to share an overall scholarship amount that has been awarded to this graduating class and celebrate their success with the community.
Thank you for your cooperation!

DELTA Club: Christmas Pancake Breakfast
A big thank you to the fantastic WHS DELTA Leadership team for their outstanding efforts at The Wall Community Alliance and Wall Police Dept. Annual Christmas Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, 12/16/23. DELTA Leaders excelled in various tasks, including setup, cleanup, and pack-up, while seamlessly handling responsibilities such as serving food, bussing tables, emptying garbage cans, entertaining kids, and replenishing supplies. Once again, the Wall Community Alliance was highly impressed by DELTA's diligent and effective management of all necessary tasks!
π Student Health & Wellness
The month of January is dedicated to the exploration of the mindset, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE teaches that everything that exists was once an idea that someone believed was possible, and through that belief it became a reality.
Through this mindset, we learn to envision a wonderful life, expect greatness, and effectively execute the process of making dreams come true. In doing so, we plan the small steps to take every day on the road to our dreams. We embrace creativity and imaginations, look on the bright side of things, and turn mistakes or setbacks into opportunities.
