The Microsoft Educator Community (MEC) is an entirely free Professional Development hub to learn about the latest in educational research as well as tools to implement best practices. The community offers points and micro-credentials or badges for completing courses, and a way to connect with educators around the globe who are eager to inspire and be inspired.
Earn the Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) certification, which can be gained by earning 1000 points through available courses.

After successfully completing these two sessions, you should now be an MIE!
To Get a Copy of Your Certificate
- Go to your Profile on the upper right hand side
- Click My Profile
- Click View Certificate
- Take a Screenshot of the MIE Certificate
- Save it and upload it to Badgelist
Click Here to Submit Your MIE Certificate!
Once your earn 1,000 pts and receive your MIE certificate, upload it to Badgelist!
