Dear Hill-Roberts Families,
Today, we congratulate Hill-Roberts' newest first graders! The final day of kindergarten was full of celebration, reflection, and HAGS ("Have a Great Summer")! We are proud of the growth made by our youngest huskies! Our kindergarten teachers will take the weekend to reflect and then immediately begin screening our incoming students on Monday!
Our first graders traveled to Capron Park for a field trip and we conducted a Step-Up Event on Tuesday! It was a busy four days, for sure.
As we move forward with our final days for the rest of our students, we remind them of our values. It is expected that students end the year on a high note while maintaining respect, care, excellence, safety, and trust for one another and the learning environment. Please have a conversation with your student(s) about what that looks like. Staff and families have worked hard to model expected behaviors for all students this year. We have many special activites and opportunities for all students as we wind down the school year!
