5th Grade DARE Graduation
Parents of 5th grade students, please save the date for their upcoming DARE Graduation. This ceremony will be held at 10:00 at Hannum on Monday, January 22, 2024. If you are planning to attend this event, please indicate your information on the form. Additionally, you will need to have put your information into our Visitor Aware Program in order for us to print your badge. We are asking all guests to have these steps completed by the end of this week. In the event that you did not have the chance to scan the QR code produced from our Visitor Aware Program prior to coming on Monday, you should plan to arrive to school on Monday the 22nd at 9:30 to allow enough time to process this information and get your badge printed. If you are already in our system, we will print your badge (but you must be on the guest list linked above by the Friday at 3:30pm. If you have any questions, please contact our office. 5th Grade Candor Health Program
Each year, our 5th grade students attend an engaging and interactive health program. This year, our students will attend this program on Tuesday, January 23rd. Permission forms will be coming home soon. Please note that you have the option to opt your child out of attending, but in the event that you do, they are still expected to attend school that day.
PTA Be Kind Shirts
If you thought you missed the chance to order and show your school spirit, Be Kind spirit wear ordering has been extended through Sunday, January 21st. Don’t forget to order yours today! Orders will arrive before Kindness week February 12-16th for your student to wear.
