• Monday (Dec. 6th) - FFA District LDE's (9am), K-5 Music REHEARSAL (9:30am), JH Wrestling @ Centennial (5pm), 4th-6th Girls Bball Practice (6pm)

• Tuesday (Dec. 7th) - PBIS Meeting (7:45am), FBLA Meeting (7:45am), K-5 Music REHEARSAL (2pm), JH GBB @ David City (4:30pm), K-5 Winter CONCERT (7pm)

• Wednesday (Dec. 8th) - Pre-ACT, NSCAS Winter Pilot (Grades 6-8)

• Thursday (Dec. 9th) - NHS Meeting (7:30am), JH GBB/BBB @ Hampton (12:45pm/2pm), 4th & 5th Girls Bball Practice, 6-12 Winter Concert (7pm)

• Friday (Dec. 10th) - FFA Officer Meeting (7am), CIP Meeting (7:45am), Holiday Open House presented by Pinnacle Bank (9am-3pm), Varsity GBB/BBB vs. Giltner @ Shelby (6pm/7:45pm), 5th/6th Boys Bball (6:30pm) 3rd/4th Girls Bball Practice (6pm)

• Saturday (Dec. 11th) - 5th/6th Girls Bball Practice (9am), Varsity Wrestling @ North Bend Invite (10am-4pm), Varsity GBB/BBB @ Sandy Creek (2pm/3:45pm)

Can not thank everyone for all that they do but I want to take time for a few shoutouts!

• Camille Schultz- Thank you for bringing your positivity, enthusiasm and hard working attitude everyday to work! There have been many compliments on how you assist parents when on the phone, lending a hand to those who come to your office and being a great help to Mrs. Thompson and our school!

• Andrea Graver - Thank you for being a great paraprofessional and going above and beyond in all that you do. You are new to the district but you have really fit in to the SRC family with all that you do!

• Hillary Rasmussen - Another new face to the district but one who continues to go above and beyond for our students and staff! Thank you for always being there for our students and helping whenever there is a need!

Another great week in the books and another great day to be a HUSKY!!! 💛 🖤 🐾

December 20th & 21st will now be TEACHER WORKDAYS. There will be no students on these days (unless there are late assignments that need to be completed). More info to come but we wanted to give all families time to plan. Thank you for your flexibility!

We want our staff to have the opportunity to finish up their grades and get the first semester wrapped up before holiday break hits! Then we can all enjoy a relaxing break until the 2nd semester begins!

Good morning!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! It was a busy one for our students and activities but sure was a fun time watching our kids doing their thing! I encourage everyone to find time and go watch because you won't be disappointed. As we get closer to the end of the semester, let's make sure we get our homework in, are ready for those tests and dominate the day!

As the sun comes up, take a breath and put a smile on your face. If we are fortunate enough to be given the opportunity, we should be grateful and take full advantage of it. While we look forward to the day, set you intentions on what you want to accomplish. Put those tasks in front of you and find time for you and your family. As we move forward into the day, forgive for what you may have failed at yesterday. It is part of life but it doesn't have to dictate your life.

Let's continue to stride together as we move closer to the first semester finish line!
