Welcome December!
- We have seen many students this week! Lot's of viral illness and the common cold.
- Hand washing is the single most important way to prevent the spread of communicable diseases. Use soap, warm water and disposable paper towels and wash your hands frequently.
Cover coughs and sneezes and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Germs spread easily this way!
- Improve air quality with air purifiers or open windows for fresh air! Well-ventilated rooms help reduce the numbers of airborne germs inside.
- “Once a week, take a peek” Please check your child’s hair weekly to prevent a lice outbreak in your home. We are seeing an increase in cases of lice.
- Do your best to eat well, get adequate sleep, and exercise habits to stay healthy this holiday season!
