Parent Volunteer Procedure
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Would you like to be able to volunteer on campus or with a student club? EVHS Parents & Guardians can go through the District's clearance process to be able to interact with students on campus and support EVHS events. The District's clearance process involves fingerprinting, a background check, and TB clearance. Once you are cleared by the district (you will be notified by email), you are able to assist the school by volunteering on campus and at school events in the future. If you are interested in becoming a cleared volunteer, please contact the principal's secretary, Ms. Angelica Rosete. She may be reached at (408) 347-7011 or at RoseteA@esuhsd.org. She will set up a time for you to come to EVHS to begin the process. You may bring the volunteer form with you for your very brief 5 minute appointment. After the appointment at EVHS, you would make an appointment with the district to be fingerprinted. The district fingerprinting process is free of charge.
Thank you for your support of our communities.
