Another school year has come and gone. Thank you for your continued support of our school, for sharing your ideas for improvement, for celebrating our successes, and for sharing your kids with us. We look forward to seeing many of you again next year!

The lost and found table in front of the office is once again piled high with too many items. Have your child check the table for any missing clothing, shoes, hats, and gloves. Any items left after will be donated to charity the morning of Friday, June 9th.

On a related note, any unclaimed lunch bags will be thrown away on Friday, June 9th, too.

Camp Invention is coming to Merton this year as part of our summer school program for the amazingly low price of $35. This camp experience is for students entering grades K-6 and will take place the week of July 31-August 4 (which is the week between July and August summer school courses). Spots are filling up incredibly quickly, and we anticipate this opportunity being closed very soon. Want to register? Please call Camp Invention customer service at 1-800-968-4332. I mentioned this last week and I've had to change our deadline due to our rototilling schedule. If you would like to donate vegetable plants, please bring them to the office next week. Tentative planting dates will be next Tuesday and next Wednesday. National Junior Honor Society students are encouraged to volunteer. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
