Enrollment Verification Process in now Open
Enrollment Verification Process
Clark Families, Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) is now open and will be available through August 13th! Please log into your Family Access account to complete the process.
ALL families are required to complete this process including newly enrolled and returning students.
The purpose of this process is to gather important information such as confirm that your student will attend school (even remote learning), that your family information is accurate, and to complete the annual required forms.
EVP is required to be completed for every student. Enrollment Verification Process is very important as we plan staffing and allocate resources for the beginning of the school year.
EVP is required in order for your child to be placed into a classroom (even remote learning classroom) for the 2020-21 school year.
Laptop and Hotspot reservations will be taken thru the EVP process.
This is a required process that needs to be completed for all students that are enrolled in an ISD school. Please note that if a student has more than one family, this process needs to be completed by the primary family on record. Please contact the Clark registrar for assistance: 425-837-6300 or couraged@issaquah.wednet.edu. This process is important to help the District assign teachers to classes and schools.
Here’s how to do it: Between Friday, August 7 and Thursday, August 13, please log on to Family Access and complete the process for each of your students. Look for the prompt asking you to complete the Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) for elementary students, Back-to-School Check-In (BTSCI) for middle school students, or Registration Student Verification Process (RSVP) for high school students.
Please note, only the family listed as Family 1 in Skyward will have access to complete this process.

Help via a Zoom meeting August 12 and August 13
All ISD families must complete the online verification process for each of their K-12 students to confirm they will be enrolled as students in ISD schools starting September 2020. Complete this process by logging in to Family Access. For elementary students, this is called Enrollment Verification Process (EVP). For middle school students, it is called Back to School Check In (BTSCI). For high school students, it is called Registration Student Verification Process (RSVP).
Families need to complete this process even if they are already registered in the ISD every August so the district has an accurate account of student enrollment. The ISD online verification processes must be completed online in Family Access between August 7 to August 13.
This year, all ISD schools will start in a fully remote setting. Students will not attend schools in the school buildings.
The ISD Family Partnership Team can help families complete this process. Staff will be available to answer questions.
If you need a district laptop computer or Wi-Fi hotspot for your student(s), you can request these devices while completing the Online Verification Process. It is important that the process be completed in time to provide the information needed.
Due to COVID 19, help sessions will be through appointment only either in-person at the district office or via a Zoom meeting with an interpreter at no cost to the family. Please complete this in this online form for in-person help or a Zoom meeting by August 6, 2020. You will receive confirmation for your appointment date and time by August 7. Interpreters will be available. If you have any questions, please contact Lorna Gilmour gilmourl@issaquah.wednet.edu
