The Indiana Immunization Coalition is offering no-cost vaccination clinics this summer for TDaP/ DTaP, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HiB, Polio, Influenza, MMR, Human Papilloma Virus, Meningitis, Pneumonia, Varicella, Rotavirus, and Shingles. • Thursday, July 22nd
• Friday, July 30th

Moorhead Community Resource Center will remain open through the summer. If you have needs beyond what is being offered, you can call our outreach hotline at 317-608-0545 or email at MSDWarrenOutreach@warren.k12.in.us with your request. Also, MCRC will be one of our summer sites for tech support Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 1:00. If you have a tech or device need, you can also submit a help ticket through IncidentIQ support system by clicking on Technology under the Explore Tab and then select Parent Tech Info.

Planning for registration for the next school year is underway. We will have an in-person registration for all grades. See the dates below.

• 9th Grade (Last Names A-K) - 11am to 1pm and 5:30pm to 7:30pm

• 9th Grade (Last Names L-Z) - 11am to 1pm and 5:30pm to 7:30pm

We are excited to let you know that we’ll be using ParentSquare for the 2021-2022 school year! ParentSquare will be our District-wide communications platform to connect with you as a school and in your classrooms and activities! This July, you’ll receive an invitation email or text to join ParentSquare, along with everything you’ll need to know to get started.

MSD of Warren Township will continue to offer a virtual learning option for the 2021-2022 school year. Enrollment in the 2021-2022 K-8 Virtual / 9-12 Online Learning Program is limited to a select number of students, and an application is required. Families who wish to participate are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. To learn more about our 2021-2022 K-8 Virtual / 9-12 Online Learning Program and how to apply, click HERE.

As of May 12th, all Warren families are eligible for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This program was created by the FCC to expand broadband internet to more families during the pandemic. It will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband service for eligible households. Additional assistance is also available for purchasing devices. Anyone age 12 and older may now schedule a COVID-19 vaccination appointment. Click here to register or call 211 (866-211-9966) if you do not have access to a computer or need assistance. Walk-in appointments are also accepted at most vaccination sites.

Please note that anyone younger than 18 must receive the Pfizer vaccine. It is the only vaccine to receive Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA for that age group. Proof of age will be required at the time of vaccination.

MSD Warren Township buildings will maintain our mask requirement for students and staff as well as our social distancing and handwashing expectations.
