Week of Respect October 2-6. Spirit Week - Monday 10/2 - Wear Blue to stomp out bullying. Tuesday 10/3 - Wear a shirt or jersey with a number on it to show everyone counts. Wednesday 10/4 - Wear crazy socks to "sock it to bullying". Thursday 10/5 - Wear school appropriate pajamas (no slippers) to put drama to rest! Friday 10/6 - Wear school colors or spirit wear to show your school spirt and unite!

A new program has been implemented to qualify more children for free meals. Even if you have not qualified in the past, your child may qualify for no-cost meals through the Working-Class Families Anti-Hunger Act. Please fill out an application for Free and Reduced school meals. Click the link below to apply online. You may also print an application or request one to be sent home to you. Please know that even if you do not qualify now for benefits, you may apply any time during the school year.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Your child's free and reduced meal benefits will become FULL PAY if a new application is not received and APPROVED by October 20th. DO NOT DELAY.

Students are encouraged to stay after and support our Fall Athletic Teams. Other days not listed below, students need to either be staying after with a teacher or come back to school with a parent/guardian.

Symphonic Youth Orchestra

Liv will be performing with the Symphonic Youth Orchestra this is a prestigious audition only group for ninth grade and above students. Liv was a clear exception to the age requirements and a testament to the level that she performs. Way to go Liv!

Event Information

7th Grade Trip

7th Grade Trip to The Franklin Institute and Dave And Buster's in Philadelphia. Charter buses will pick up students at WIS at 8:15 and return by 2:30pm in time to take regular buses home. Lunch is included at Dave and Buster's.
