Halloween @ Euclid 2022
Dear Families,
WE DID IT! YOU DID IT!
Donations to Euclid's annual Walk-a-Thon reached its goal ($7500) by collecting donations totalling $7600!
Every single dollar will be returned to Euclid in some form. So far this year, PTC has donated thousands of dollars in books for our classroom libraries. Our PE teachers are piloting the effective use of heart-rate monitors for students during PE. Our support services department is working to put up a visual communication board for our playground to help ALL our students and community members better communicate with each other. Meanwhile, teachers are applying for various different ways to put your donations to use for the benefit of our students and community.
On Friday, November 11, which is also Veteran's Day, we will participate in an all school assembly to celebrate our collaborative efforts to support Euclid's learning community (cue a lot of whipped cream in the face of our PE teachers!); we will honor some of our community veterans and kick off kindness week. During the month of November, a month focused on gratitude and thanksgiving, we are again reminded of how grateful we all are to be a part of such a loving, inclusive and supportive community. We are #bettertogether
Ms. Daly, Principal

Order a 2022-23 Euclid Yearbook
Most of us will get to the month of May and wonder...."Did I order a yearbook?!" Then we are bummed when we call the office to pay for an extra one and there are NO EXTRAS! I've. Been. There.
Euclid Parent Teacher Council (EPTC)
2nd Grade Families: "Fill the Fridge" for November for our amazing teachers.
Sign up to bring a treat HERE!
Celebrate the teachers!! Euclid teachers have been so grateful for the treats they find in the teachers' lounge provided by our families.
Cold Temperature Limits
We use the chart below to help determine whether is is too hot or too cold for students to be outside. If the "Feels Like" temperature is in the red on the chart, students will be inside for arrival, physical education class, and/or recess. In the winter, that typically means the temperature + wind chill is below 10°F.
Please make sure students are dressed appropriately for the weather when they leave in the morning. Usually, students will be outside unless there is thunder/lighting, moderate/hard falling rain/snow, or extreme amounts of ice.
