Want to change your child’s learning option from 100% VIRTUAL to IN-PERSON or vice versa? Now is your chance! The Learning Option Change Request window for Grades K-5 is open now through this Friday, Jan. 8, at 3:00 p.m.
The purpose of the Learning Option Change Request Form is to allow families to change their child's Learning Option for the entire second semester, either from 100% VIRTUAL to IN-PERSON or from IN-PERSON to 100% VIRTUAL learning if you desire a change.
Click here for Liberty Park's Link - The Learning Option Change Request Form link is also available on our school website.
Please complete a separate form for EACH child.
Please submit your request as soon as possible. This allows our hardworking school staff time to begin planning for your students' needs. No request will be accepted after the window closes on Fri., Jan. 8 at 3 p.m. This will be the last opportunity to change your classroom environment for the 20-21 school year.
The request form should only be completed if you want to change your child's learning option as of Nov. 20, before the mandatory district-wide transition to VIRTUAL.*If you do not want to change your learning option, please do not fill out the form.
Grades K-5 will continue to follow their current virtual schedule through Friday, Jan. 15. Second Semester Learning Option changes (Grades K-5) will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 19.
When the Learning Option Change Request window closes, staffing changes will be made to support the high volume of requests. Due to these staffing changes, it is possible that your student may be assigned to a new teacher for the second semester.
This is the last window to request a learning option change. There will not be another opportunity to communicate a change. Students will finish the school year in this option.
Information regarding the Learning Option Change Request window for Grades 6-8, which opens in mid-January, will be shared with families next week. The request window for Grades 9-12 has closed.
