Course Overview
Employee Engagement serves to help managers and supervisors develop a strong morale among employees and create an employee emotional commitment towards the organization and its goals. Employee Engagement is key in lifting the spirit and effort to increase employee performance and drive collaboration at every level of the organization.
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Describe how Employee Engagement improves organizational culture and performance
Describe what it takes to be an effective manager through employee engagement
- Identify specific ways you can inspire employees to feel a sense of belonging
- Create an Employee Engagement and Recognition Plan
Understand how Employee Engagement is key to a collaborative workplace climate
COURSE OUTLINE
This course presents two modules. Day one provides the theory and modeling on why to engage with employees and Day two outlines practical application on how to deliver a skillfully driven plan of engagement to increase employee effectiveness, align engagement purpose with goals and organizational initiatives.

TRAINING DATES
This training is delivered as a two-day course. There is no registration cost; however, managers and supervisors (pay grades 22 and above) must attend both days to receive full credit. Due to limited seating, walk-ins cannot be honored.
