Breakfast Meal
The student must take a complete reimbursable breakfast meal for it to be free.
A breakfast meal = 3 of the 4 items offered, with one being a fruit or vegetable.

The student must take a complete reimbursable lunch meal for it to be free. They must take 3 of the 5 components offered and 1 must be at least a 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetables.
