Weekly Update
Happy Friday!
We want to sincerely thank our students, staff, community members, and most of all, our honored veterans for a fantastic assembly today. We know how important it is to honor those who served in the armed forces and we couldn’t be more proud of how our students represented that sentiment today. We are thankful to all those, past and present, who have served and feel honored to be able to celebrate them today. Special thanks to Beth Oswald, Endeavor Advisor, who planned and facilitated the event!

District Wide Social Emotional Learning Survey
On Monday, November 13th students will be taking our district-wide social-emotional learning survey. We thank you and your family for being our valued partners as we work together to educate the students at Watertown High School. In order to learn more about students’ experiences at WUSD, your student is asked to provide feedback via an online survey administered three times a year. The fall survey will be administered at school on Monday, November 13th. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will ask students to self-reflect on the following topics:
● Self-Management
● Social Awareness
● Self-Efficacy
● Learning Strategies
● Emotion Regulation
More information can be found in the district wide email that was sent a few days ago. We thank you, in advance, for your role in improving the learning experiences of our students at Watertown Unified School District.
