Join us for an informal discussion about using microbial community data from next generation sequencing (NGS) as a “microbial signature” or “fingerprint.” Preliminary data will be presented on the potential application of microbial community NGS data to determine the sources of microbial pollution at Woodlawn Beach in Eastern Lake Erie.
