Run With the Herd!
Start With Hello Week
“Start with Hello” is a program designed to encourage students to be kind, include others, and to be an upstander, not a bystander. We will be doing the following activities this week:
"Meet and Greet Monday"
- Say “hello,” to someone you don’t know and include them.
"Upstander Tuesday"
- For students who reach out, are kind, and help others, green "Start w/Hello" picnic passes will be given. Each teacher will be given 1 to distribute to students they deem deserving.
"Wear Green Wednesday"
- Wear a green SHIRT with uniform bottoms, to symbolize unity and solidarity.
"Trusted Adult Thursday"
- Thank an adult you feel like you can trust for being there for you.
- Dudes Holding Doors Day
"Moving Forward Fri-yay!"
- Reminders to be kind, include others, and to be an upstander, not a bystander.
