Happy New Year! All three elementary buildings have been working hard both online and in person to finish the first semester strong. While at the same time, we have been hard at work with third quarter and second semester planning. With our district offering families the opportunity to change their child's instructional method, some considerable shifting had to take place to accomplish this is in a safe and effective manner for students and staff. We want to thank the district and the community for your continued support and the much needed two asynchronous learning days. These days are proving to be crucial in our ability to make the necessary changes to student schedules and in some cases, physical classroom moves.
In the classroom we are excited to continue our work with Dr. Taylor especially for the extra guided reading support that is needed for the online components of our Literacy Footprints resource. Our teachers' skill sets continue to grow at and exponential rate and I couldn't be more proud of the work they are doing in Workshop and with one of our other new resources, Dreambox Math.
We are very excited to see some additional Warren Woods faces in person and we look forward to a healthy and safe 2021!
