Congratulations to our 2022-23 Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Lisa Smith! As many of you know, Mrs. Smith is an incredible educator and asset to Owens. She is one of the hardest workers I know and gives everything she's got to your students. It has been one of the greatest honors to getting to know and learn from her this school year. Congrats Mrs. Smith!
