If you subscribe to the channel you would get notified every time a new book is added. There is an activity that goes with each book. I have also included a You Tube video that talks about ways to develop children’s communication skills so they are better able talk about any concerns they may have about the pandemic. It includes a fun way to play virtual Pictionary!

Children and Family Virtual Outreach

With water fountains off due to Covid mitigation we have a need for donations to help ensure our students stay hydrated. Students can and should bring a water bottle with them to school, but we fully understand that sometimes this gets left at home. In that case, we do have bottled water in the office available, but we are running low.

We are looking for donations of bottled water packs for classrooms.

We are also looking for Dixie cups to fill with our sinks.

If you are willing and able to pick up a pack of bottled water or Dixie cups the next time you are out grocery shopping we would greatly appreciate it!

We have multiple jobs available working for our Nutrition Services Department. Mrs. Jessy Sadler, our director, is one of the kindest most positive people I know, and she would be amazing to work with. If you have any interest please reach out to her at sadlerj@urbandaleschools.com
