We need your input!
We are always looking for ways we can improve our programs, and we value the input of parents and community members. Our Title I program provides support for our K-8 students in reading and math and is an important source of federal funds for our district. Please join Mrs. Benita Patterson, Federal Programs Coordinator and Title I instruction, right before the chili supper next Friday, October 14, in the high school library for a presentation on what services this program provides and give us your input as to ways you feel we can improve services in this area. We hope to see you there!
K-8 Fundraiser
It's time for the annual Preferred Cards fundraiser for K-8! Cards are $20 and entitle the buyer to buy-one-get-one-free deals from area restaurants and businesses. Students get prizes for selling them, and all funds go toward providing positive educational opportunities for students.
We're gearing up for Carnival!
The buzz around here is all about Carnival this week! There will be games, prizes, and crowning of the Prince and Princess from grades 5-8, and King and Queen from grades 9-12. Doors will be open to the public at 6:00 p.m., and everyone is welcome to join us, but before you do, join the Junior Class at the chili supper in the cafeteria.
