Happy Halloween! Due to the cold weather predicted for tomorrow, we are going to shorten the route of our Halloween Parade so that our children are outdoors for a limited amount of time. If you plan on attending Sward's Halloween Parade of Costumes, the information below includes the route your child's class will be taking:
Kindergarten, 4th, and 5th grade will be walking out of the front doors on Brandt Avenue and heading south to enter through Door #3 on 99th St. They will then walk back out the main doors again and head north to enter through Door #11 on 98th Street.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade will be walking out of the front doors on Brandt Avenue and head north to enter through Door #11 on 98th St. They will then walk back out the main doors again and head south to enter through Door #3 on 99th Street.
If you have more than one child at Sward you do not need to move your location, you will be able to see all of your children walk in the parade with the routes that we have created. I hope you enjoy the parade and have a safe and Happy Halloween!
