Sharing your newsletter on social media is an easy way to spread the word and reach your readers. Smore allows you to share your newsletter on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest -- all in just a few clicks, and without leaving your newsletter page.

Every Smore newsletter you create gets its own special link, which you can share anywhere you'd like! Copy and paste that link into a text message, Remind notification, or SIS -- anywhere you need your readers to see your beautiful newsletter!

It's easy to make hard copies. Clicking "Print" then "Download", you will see the option to download your newsletter as a JPG, High Quality JPG, or PDF.

Smore lets you print your newsletter so that you can hang it on a bulletin board, distribute it to your readers, or even mail it! To learn more about printing, click on the button below.

Please note: Only Premium users can download a JPG or PDF of their newsletter.

This feature is only available to users on our Smore for Teams account.

If your school or district has another Mass Notification System, you can send your Smore newsletters through this system using the Mass Notification feature. This way, the newsletter will be embedded within the body of the email, which means that your audience won't need to click on any links to access the newsletter.

1. I've shared my newsletter, what next?

With Smore Analytics, you can see where your traffic is coming from, who's opening and clicking on your newsletter, and what they're clicking on.

2. I sent a test email to myself and when I opened the newsletter, I was able to access the Editor. Does that mean my recipients can access it as well?

No. The reason why you are able to see the Author mode when you use the share link is that you're logged into the Smore account on the computer you're using.

To view the newsletter as your recipients view it, we recommend you you click on the "Preview" button located on the right side of the Editor.
