5th Grade Musical Information

This newsletter is where you will find all your information for our upcoming 5th grade musical "Bullies Anonymous" in January 2022. I will be sending a note home with your child's part, but you can come and look here for their costume suggestions, as well as the date and time of their performance.

Alice follows her cat and dog down the rabbit hole and arrives in...the land of idioms! And a crazy place it is. All the familiar Wonderland characters -- the White Rabbits, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Mad Hatter and March Hare, the Cheshire Cat, the King and Queen of Hearts -- are there to share their kooky wisdom as they help Alice and her pets navigate the mysterious world of the English language.

Costumes Due: Costumes are due to me on Monday January 10th. You may send them to school with your student for me to look at, or you may email me a picture of it instead. If you are having troubles with costuming, please let know at the latest, the week before costumes are due so I can find something for your student.

Rehearsals: We will be rehearsing in the auditorium on January 11th and 12th at the Middle School during their normal Music/P.E. time. Please do not take your child out of school during a rehearsal time, unless he/she is sick.

Performance Day: Our performance for Alice's Adventures with Idioms will be at the Middle School on January 13th at 8:30 in the morning. Make sure your child gets to school on time and in costume on that day so we can get everyone ready for the performance. Please come and bring your friends and family to the performance.
