Dear Parents/Guardians,
East View’s 5th grade Graduation will be held on Thursday May 18, 2023 at 11:00 am in the gymnasium. We invite families to attend this ceremony and you are also invited to eat lunch at school with your child. After graduation, you have the option to check out your student for the remainder of the day and have lunch on your own. Students are allowed to leave with an approved parent/guardian. *Only 5th grade students are permitted to leave early (no siblings). Please return this form no later than Friday April 21, 2023.
