This communication includes information for parents/guardians who want their children to participate in summer school 2023. Our district is pleased to offer a variety of enrichment classes for all students who are currently in grades 4K-7 in the 2022-23 school year.

Monday, August 7 - Thursday, August 10, 2023
Monday, August 14 - Thursday, August 17, 2023

Summer School Class Offerings
4K - Theme: Shark Week and Ocean Animals-crafts, stories and activities about sharks and other ocean animals
Kindergarten - 1st Grade - Science Enrichment
1st Grade - Math and Literacy Enrichment
Grades 2-3 - Yard Games: Come explore music and rhythm games for the playground: old and new. We will play some loved games already known from music class, learn some new games, and even create our own.
Grades 2-3 - Sounds Around Us - Come explore sounds around us. We will be scientists and study the sounds in different parts of the school and outside as weather permits. We will also learn how other people around the world have used what was around them to make instruments and try our hands at making our own instruments by collecting items around us!

Grades 5-8: Cooking Skills
