Welcome our new Guidance Counselor - Mrs. Maynor
Hi Everyone! My name is Andreanna Maynor and I am your new counselor alongside Mrs. Kelley. I have been a Professional School Counselor and behavior therapist for 7 years. I graduated from IU Bloomington (Go HOOSIERS!!) and received my MS Ed. from PNW. I love what I do and hope to be a positive addition to Lake Ridge Middle School. Please don't hesitate to contact me!
On 10/24 28 of our 7th graders along with Ms. Jones and Mrs. Kelley enjoyed an educational experience while visiting the Gary Sanitation District. During the trip the student's learned how our water system works and the importance of taking care of our earth. This experience included a presentation by Todd A McCain & fellow employees, a tour of the lab, bus tour of the sanitation district, and a catered lunch. Our student gained so much insight during this visit and we look forward to sending another 28 students next month. We would like to thank Todd McCain and everyone at the Gary Sanitation District for their time.
