NOVEMBER DINE-OUT - EXTENDED DEADLINE TO 11/19

Event Information

NOVEMBER DINE-OUT AT NOTHING BUNDT

Check out what we're offering for our November Dine-Out! Do you have a sweet tooth or are you looking for a dessert for the upcoming holiday or any day? Look no further and place your order with Nothing Bundt.

Reference IUSD Virtual Academy and 30% of any purchase will be donated to our PTA.

Order dates: Nov 1st through November 19th, 2021.
Orders can be made via phone, in-person or online.
Reference IUSD VA PTA Fundraiser to qualify for 30% donation to our school PTA.
Orders can be picked up any time before or after Thanksgiving at Irvine-Tustin Bakery at The District in Tustin.
Orders can also be delivered (in Tustin, Irvine and Santa Ana) for an additional fee of $16 for each delivery. Delivery fees cannot qualify toward the 30% donation

PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST - 2ND PLACE!

The winning submission picture was entered into the Pumpkin Carving Contest and IUSD Virtual Academy PTA won 2nd Place!

The awards are as follows:

1st place school-$300

2nd place school-$200

3rd place school-$100

SPIRITWEAR UPDATE

Thank you for your spiritwear orders! Our spiritwear is in production and will arrive at school after Thanksgiving Break. We will organize a date and time(s) for pickup upon arrival. More details to come!

PLEDGE AND MEMBERSHIP DRIVE - UPDATE

Pledge and Membership Classroom Challenge! Who's the winning classes?

Our Pledge and Membership Drive has concluded and we exceeded our Pledge Drive goal!!! We are tallying the results from our Drive Classroom Contest and will be announcing the winning classes soon. A big THANK YOU for all your support!

If you didn't get a chance to participate in our pledge and membership drive, no worries! We accept donations and membership year round. Your support is crucial to our success. Please consider joining our PTA. Your voice makes a difference by being an advocate for all our students. Your membership and pledge donations help PTA fund amazing student programs like Reflections, Red Ribbon Week, Multicultural Festival, Year-End Celebration, and Teacher Appreciation Week!

Membership and Donations - Your $15.00 membership and donations supports valuable programs and events. Members enjoy many benefits including Membership Perks and voting rights at our meetings. Our Membership Goal is 275 members for the year. We encourage everyone to become a member (parents, grandparents, any family members, friends and neighbors just to name a few). Donations of any amount are always welcome.

CALLING FOR ROOM PARENTS! - THERE'S STILL OPENINGS

IUSD VIRTUAL ACADEMY PTA - ROOM PARENT SIGN UP

We are still looking for Room Parents for your student's class. Room Parents help facilitate communication between parents and the teacher. This role also supports the teacher with tasks that may include: prepping items at home for distribution, organizing virtual events for the class, and/or distributing materials on campus. Room Parents are also essential to facilitate communication between the teacher and the PTA. You are a key to our success!

EARN & LEARN AT THE THE MARKETPLACE - SCHOOL REWARDS

Help our school earn dollars! The Market Place is a great place to shop for your everyday needs or for that little something special. Shop and log your receipts to earn money for IUSD Virtual Academy PTA! Earn & Learn runs from September 1 through April 30. Plus, the school with the most dollars logged each month will earn a $250 bonus. Limit one bonus prize per school. Submit your receipts to help us earn $250 to $3,000 for our PTA.
