The Zen Den
What is it?
The Zen Den is a place for any student or staff member to practice mindfulness. This is a designated area within the library that provides activities and tools, in addition to a safe and quiet space for mindfulness.
What mindfulness activities does the Zen Den include?
- Meditation, Grounding and Breathing Techniques
- Fidget Tools
- Mindfulness Cards and Prompts
- Books and Journals that Discuss Mindfulness Practices
- Buddha Board - Artistic Expression
- Coloring
- Emotion Wheel
Collaboratorium
Working on a group activity or project?
Use the Collaboratorium work space in the library! We can arrange seating to suit your groups needs. Collaboration Kits are also available for use in this space as a tools to get inspired and creative!
Community Activities
Students have been enjoying the community puzzles, coloring and Stick Together posters in the library! Team work can go a long way!
