A service fee of $5.00 will apply when paying for tournament by card.
IF PAYING BY CHECK - PLEASE NOTE:
1. Checks MUST be received before September 9, 2023.
2. Late checks will NOT be accepted.
3. An additional $50.00 charge will be applied for any bounced checks.

THIS IS A VIP SERIES EVENT WHICH INCLUDES:
- All teams must bat roster
- Run limits per team / per inning
- Flighted Brackets
- Special rules for 8U & 10U (see rules in "downloads" section)
- Home / Away for all games (bracket and pool) are based on coin flip.

- $6.00 for Adults
- $3.00 for Seniors (55+) & Kids (13-17)
- Kids 12 and under are free

2 FREE SOFTBALLS WITH COMPLETED ROSTER (pending availability!)
- Teams must have their roster listed on www.tournamentmvp.com in order to receive 2 free softballs at tournament check-in.
To qualify as a "completed roster", you must have all permanent and pick-up players listed for this event.
INSURANCE & USA SOFTBALL TEAM REGISTRATION REQUIRED
All Teams are required to have insurance coverage from USA Softball or get pre-approval on an insurance policy.
- Insurance can be purchased at www.registerusasoftball.com
- For pre-approval of insurance from a different provider email dawn.usavipserieskc@gmail.com.
- Non-USA Softball teams will be required to pay a fall $25 USA team registration fee valid thru 12/31/23.
ALL COACHES ARE REQUIRED to have completed the following items for 2024 Season:

RAINOUT POLICY:
If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $25.00 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.
TEAM DROP POLICY:
- If a team drops before the registration deadline passes there will be a full refund.
- If a team drops on the Sunday before the tournament, there will be a $50 admin fee assessed and the balance will be refunded.
- If a team drops on the Monday before the tournament of later, there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
Awards will only be presented based on results of bracket play.
