APEX Fun Run is Thursday!
Titan Families,
We launched our APEX fundraiser last week, and it ends this week with our APEX Fun Run on Thursday, Sept. 21st. This year, we are hoping to fund our innovation lab for enrichment classes and create a "Zen Den" for our Titans to use as a calm area to reset. Thank you in advance for your support of our school. We look forward to celebrating our fundraising and leadership learning and experience on Thursday!
Should you need anything, please feel free to reach out to our front office team at 512-570-6900.
Take care and be well,
Dr. Amy Sharp

Watch D.O.G.S. Sign- Up Today!
WATCH D.O.G.S. is a national program focusing on the prevention of violence in our children’s schools by using the positive influence of fathers and father-figures to be a positive role model for all students. The change this year is that you don't need to volunteer for an entire day; we will have hourly opportunities available should you prefer that. Anything to keep your involvement on campus!
While on campus, WATCH D.O.G.S may-
work in small groups with kids,
support staff out at recess,
support lunch room clean up and etiquette eat lunch,
monitor the school entrances and hallways,
assist with arrival and dismissal,
mentor students, and much more!
How to get Involved-

Motivation Mondays= Enrichment Day!
Beginning September 11th, all RPE students will participate in Enrichment on Mondays! While teachers are meeting with their Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), each student will engage in an Enrichment Rotation and an additional 45 minutes of Run Club. Please note that this is in leu of our previous morning Run/Read Club.
The first session will run from September 11 through October 30th. See times below AND be sure to read your Titan(s)'s classroom teacher's email to learn their rotation schedule for enrichment and run club.
4th & 5th 7:45-9:15am
2nd & 3rd 9:45-11:15am
Kinder & 1st 12:30-2:20pm
Titan Time: 2:20- 2:40 PM
PTA is recruiting volunteers for run club, and the good news is that it rotates throughout the day instead of just the morning at drop off. Thanks!
