Counselor's Corner
December 2020
Welcome to the Counselor's Corner!
Meet the Counselors!
Hello!
My name is Kelly Flowers, and I am the School Counselor for students from Annville-Cleona, Cedar Crest, and Palmyra High Schools as well as students attending a private or cyber charter school. I am also the Cooperative Education Coordinator. I began my employment as the School Counselor at the Lebanon County CTC in 2008.
I grew up in the Poconos where my parents still live. I attended Penn State University studying Rehabilitation Services and graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree. Soon after graduation from Penn State University, I moved to Lebanon County, PA and began a career as a Juvenile Probation Officer. In August 2005, I enrolled in a Master’s program in Secondary School Counseling at West Chester University. I graduated in May 2008 with my Master’s in Education and soon after landed the job as the School Counselor at LCCTC. I earned my Cooperative Education Certification in December 2011 from Penn State University.
I live in Myerstown, PA with my husband, Corey and two children, Rylan and Reygan. I am very passionate about helping students whether it be career, social-emotional or academic but especially love spreading the word to others about the wonderful opportunities available in career and technology education. So, I am thrilled that I can combine the two in my current position as a School Counselor.

Hello!
I attended Arcadia University in Glenside, PA where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. From there I attended Eastern University in St. Davids, PA where I graduated with my Master of Arts in School Counseling in 2018. Prior to becoming a part of the LCCTC family, I was the Perkins Project Coordinator for the CCIU Technical College High School - Brandywine in Downingtown, PA where I developed a passion for career and technical education.
I grew up right down the road in Schaefferstown, PA and was an ELCO High School graduate. After 7 years in Philadelphia, I've found myself back in Lebanon County again! I am very passionate about supporting students in their pursuit of their dreams whether that be college, the workforce, or military. I also thrive on building relationships and supporting student's social-emotional needs. I cannot imagine myself as a counselor anywhere other than immersed in the career and technical education (CTE) culture. The opportunities CTE provides our students is endless. I am excited to continue building relationships with our students, staff, and stakeholders of the Lebanon community.
