Academic Pep Rally
On Friday, January 14th, 2022 we will be holding our first Academic Pep Rally of the year. Due to the size of our current enrollment, we will be holding these assemblies in the Large Competition Gym at Fulshear High School. The assembly will recognize students who received "All A" or "A/B" honor roll for the ENTIRE first semester. We will also be handing out other special awards along with brief presentations from different fine arts groups.
The times for the pep rallies are on the Flyer Below
Parking for parents is highlighted on the Map Below. Please enter through the back gym entrance. Our staff will check you in and show you where the parent seating is. We have enough seating to accommodate hundreds of parents, so please don't hesitate. We would love to have you attend.
For 7th grade parents who want to check their child out after the assembly, we will have standard checkout through the front office at Leaman. Students taken early will have afternoon absences that count against their exemptions.
For 8th grade parents who want to check their child out after the assembly, students will be counted absent for 7th period. Just remind your child to bring their things to the assembly so they can leave right after or you will have to return to Leaman for a standard checkout.
If anyone has questions regarding the assembly, please don't hesitate to contact me by replying to this e-mail.
Sincerely,
Michael Semmler

Student's Of The Week
A-Gl Student of the Week
The student of the week is Lawrence Curry nominated by Mrs. Veazie.
FAIRNESS
I have the pleasure of working with Laurence in Mr. Moore's ELAR class. He is an ideal student who recognizes his own weaknesses and works on them. He quickly adapts to changes and has the ability to solve problems on his own. Laurence is hard working and helpful to all his classmates. He is respectful to everyone around him. He is a self-motivator and always completes task on time. Laurence is also very observant. If he sees someone having a problem, he takes it upon himself to assist that person (including me) with being asked to. I love that about him. – Nicole Veazie
Go-O Student of the Week
The student of the week is Makayla Mayes nominated by Kathleen Boddie.
FAIRNESS
Makayla always brings a smile wherever she goes, she is kind, thoughtful, and always so helpful with encouraging her classmates. I truly enjoy seeing her daily, she exemplifies awareness and fairness.
P-Z Student of the Week
The student of the week is Keaton Williams nominated by Louisa Longoria.
FAIRNESS
"Keaton is a responsible, intelligent and generous young man. Once he finished his project, he was kind enough to help students who were having issues with their project. He helped them understand how to use the technology required for the project."
