It has been a busy week and the temps made it even more interesting. Next week will be busy as we start literacy check ins, MOY conferences, and end the week with sugared up little friends on Valentines Day. January took 18 months to end, but this month is moving at light speed!! On Valentines Day, feel free to leave as soon as all of your soon have left campus safely.

If a student badge breaks at the slot the clip goes, please try to tape it first. If a student needs a clip, please send them to the front office. Coming soon, we will move the badge making progress to the front work room with a PTA volunteer. More info to follow with times and days of the week this will happen. Thank you for being flexible.

Please be prepared to share a literacy goal based on your data for the remaining school year at our conference. Please don't stress, it does not need to be anything fancy!

Please do NOT send students outside without an adult to retrieve items once you are back in the building. We have had this happen several times this year where students have been locked out or gone to the front door alone. Thanks for always keeping out students safety first.

Thank you all for inputting Istation data into our google doc. Moving forward, please add the score under "index score" -- we have created a column for that. The only score I need you to go back and update is October so we can use that as a baseline moving forward. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Headphones in the lab are apparently tasty. Is appears is it common to have to replace chewed headphone cords. I have no words. Just keep an eye on this situation...This goes under "can't make this stuff up" category... That's all!!
