Optional Vaccine Clinic Update
The COVID-19 vaccine clinics, which were to be provided by Southwest District Health (SWDH), on Wednesday (Nov. 17) and Friday (Nov. 19) have been cancelled. SWDH has stated that parents and students can still receive a vaccine, but they will need to go to the SWDH office located at 13307 Miami Lane Caldwell, Idaho 83607, off of Karcher Road.
Caldwell School District will still host the vaccine clinic on Thursday, November 18, at Jefferson and Syringa Middle Schools, for those families planning to participate.
We are working to reschedule the vaccine clinics with other community partners and we will update our families when those clinics are scheduled.
REMINDER:
The clinics are optional. Students are required to have parental consent to receive a vaccination. Please see the information and consent forms attached to this email.
