Instructions for Parents:

1. Login to schoolinterviews.ca/code. Use the access code t53kw

   
   

2. Click “Make a Booking” on the top right.

3. Enter your email (to receive a copy of your bookings), full name and student names.

4. Search teacher name. Note: You may add multiple teachers to each student.

5. Choose the desired time for each teacher.

Grade 6 and 9 immunization packages were sent home with students recently. Please make your decision, complete the forms, and return the package to the school as soon as possible.
