Labor Day Parade

Join us for the Annual Labor Day Parade!

Monday, September 5, 2022

Line up begins at 9:30 am across the street from RTA offices. This is a family-friendly event, so bring your whole family to march in the parade!

The parade begins at 11:00 am sharp.

Parking at the Eye Center behind the NYSUT building and across the street on Charlotte Street.

RTA Solidarity Wednesdays!

Beginning Wednesday, September 14th, and continuing every Wednesday, wear your grey RTA Solidarity Shirt to school!

Welcome Back Gathering RTA Members

Join us for a Welcome Back Gathering

Friday, September 23, 2022 at ONE Nightclub from 4 - 6 pm.

Hors D'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

Strengthen Positive Parent Relationships

The Action Committee has designed Positive Note Home Cards for both Elementary and Secondary teachers to utilize this year. If your building hasn't gotten its note cards, please contact RTA Offices.

The Action Committee Needs Your Support!

The Action Committee is looking for a committee liaison from each school building. Committee liaisons will be asked to support the committee by:

Disseminating committee information to RTA members in their building.
Help coordinate RTA members in their building for Action Committee events.
Help support RTA members to develop stronger working relationships with students and families.
